1/4 cup flour
1/2 brown onion
1 diced carrot
1/2 chopped red capsicum
1 cup cooked chicken
minced garlic clove
2 cups chicken broth
3 cups milk
1 cup frozen peas
1. Heat oil in a pot and add onions and garlic.
2 After 2 minutes add carrots and capsicum. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Melt the butter and add flour to it. Starts mixing and add chicken broth. Add milk. Keep mixing.
4. Then add chicken, peas, salt and spices.
5. Keep mixing for 5 minutes. When it gets thickened add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
