Burrito Pie



1 kg ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can sliced black olives
1 can diced green chili pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 jar taco sauce
2 cans re fried beans
8 inch flour tortillas
9 ounces shredded cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Take a large skillet and saute ground beef for 5 minutes.
3. Mix onions and garlic and heat for 5 more minutes.
4. Now add olives, green chili pepper, tomatoes, taco sauce and beans. Reduce heat to lower and cook for 15-20 minutes.
5. Now take the tortillas layer and add meat on the layer. Top with cheese layer. Now again add the tortillas layer and repeat the same steps until all layers are used.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
