4 chicken breast
500 gm baby potatoes
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Zest of lemon
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chopped basil
1. Preheat oven to 200 C and make a layer of baking paper.
2. Blend breadcrumbs, Parmesan, basil, parsley, mustard and zest.
3. Press mixture under the skin of chicken breast
4. Put oil in large frying pan and heat for 2 minutes.
5. Put chicken in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
