250 gm chicken breast
150 gm egg noodles
150 gm broccoli
20 gm peanuts
Black Bean Sauce
1. Take a large pan and toast peanuts. Now put chicken in bowl and mix olive oil, vinegar and black bean sauce to it.
2. Heat chicken on both the sides for 5 minutes.
3. Boil noodles in salted water. Trim broccoli and put it in water for 2 minutes. Pass noodles and broccoli to frying pan.
4. Add black bean sauce and mix it properly. Cut chicken into pieces and put them on top of noodles.
