Smoky BBQ Chicken



1 kg chicken
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
mustard sauce


1. Make the marinade of barbecue sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and mustard sauce.
2. Apply marinade on both sides of chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Heat barbecue at 200 C.
4. Now add chicken to barbecue and reduce heat to medium.
5.Now again apply the marinade on the top of the chicken. Do this after every 20 minutes.
6. Cook for 1- 1 1/2 hour.
