Rice Noodles With Prawn

Ingredients:

250gm rice noodles
50ml sesame oil
Sliced red onion
250gm peeled prawns
1 sliced red pepper
1 large red chilli
1/2 diced cucumber
Coriander Leaves
Brown Sugar
Fish sauce
lemon juice
oyster sauce
soy sauce

Steps

1. Mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and oyster sauce in a bowl.
2. Heat the sesame oil and fry onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add chili, prawns and fry for 3-4 minutes. Now add prepared sauce.
4. Remove from heat and stir in cucumber and coriander.
5. Take noodles in serving bowl and spoon the fried prawns on top.
