Zucchini Taco Shell



3 small zucchini
black pepper
almond flour
grated cheese
1 egg
garlic powder


1. Heat chicken to 400 degree. Add zucchini in strainer and strain the moisture for about 20 minutes.
2. In a large bowl mix zucchini, almond flour, cheese, egg and garlic powder. Season with pepper.
3. Make 4 portions of the mixture on the baking sheet. Bake until they become crispy for 25 minutes.
4. Cool it down and fill the toppings.
