60 gm cream cheese
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
400gm crab meat
minced garlic clove
1. Take a large bowl and mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, egg and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Now add crab meat, mozzarella, chives, garlic and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Make small balls from the mixture and freeze them for 30 minutes.
3. Take medium skillet and heat the vegetable oil. Fry the meat balls for 3 minutes.
