Crab meat is one of the best meat you can eat. Having less amount of fat and calories, crab meat is rich source of proteins and vitamins. So this dish is definitely healthy.

INGREDIENTS:

60 gm cream cheese

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

400gm crab meat

Shredded mozzarella

Chopped chives

minced garlic clove

bread crumbs

salt

black pepper

vegetable oil

STEPS  :

1. Take a large bowl and mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, egg and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Now add crab meat, mozzarella, chives, garlic and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Make small balls from the mixture and freeze them for 30 minutes.

3. Take medium skillet and heat the vegetable oil. Fry the meat balls for 3 minutes.
