Spaghetti With Anchovy Carbonara



500gm spaghetti

olive oil

garlic cloves

60 gm chopped anchovies

red pepper

lemon zest



ground pepper


1. Boil spaghetti in hot water with salt. Keep the spaghetti aside.

2. Heat a large pan and add olive oil to it. Now add garlic, red pepper, zest, oregano, parsley and ground pepper. Mix it with spaghetti.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
