Eggless Chocolate Mousse



1 cup sugar

1 cup cocoa powder

4 cups of milk

450 gm heavy cream

pinch of salt


  1. Mix sugar, salt and cocoa powder in baking bowl.
  2. Now whisk milk and 150 gm heavy cream. Heat over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes more until it becomes dark. Now take this to large container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Now ad the remaining cream to mixer and slowly add the cocoa mixture.
  5. Serve
