1 cup sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
4 cups of milk
450 gm heavy cream
pinch of salt
- Mix sugar, salt and cocoa powder in baking bowl.
- Now whisk milk and 150 gm heavy cream. Heat over medium heat.
- Simmer for 30 minutes more until it becomes dark. Now take this to large container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Now ad the remaining cream to mixer and slowly add the cocoa mixture.
