110 gm dark chocolate
1/4 cup of lite coconut milk
3 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 tablespoon light butter
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup of sugar
1.Firstly break the chocolate and add coconut milk in safe bowl. Microwave on medium for one minute. Stir and heat again for 30 seconds. As the solution becomes glossy put it in refrigerator for an hour.
2. Preheat oven to 176º c and grease 12 muffin tray.
3. In bowl add all dry ingredients and add oil, eggs, vanilla and milk. Take the solution from refrigerator and add a tablespoon to each muffin tray.
4. Add the mixture to the top of each tray and bake for 20 minutes. After cooling for 5 minutes lose the edges of cake and put them in tray.
