1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup of shredded cocnut
2 cups white plain flour
3/4 cup of apple sauce
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup of almond milk
1 cup of fresh frozen blueberries
2 tablespoon of yogurt
1. Preheat oven to 176º C
2. In a bowl add flour, coconut, sugar and baking powder and mix them.
3. Add eggs, apple sauce, yogurt, vanilla and milk and pour half batter in pan.
4. Add blueberries to the top and pour the remaining batter on berries.
5. Bake for 55-60 minutes and after baking cool it for 10 minutes.
