Cherry and Almond Cake



150 gm almonds

2 cup plain flour

1 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup coconut oil

2 tablespoon almond essence

200gm chopped cherries

300ml soy milk

1 tablespoon baking powder


1. Preheat oven to 180º C

2. Put all dry ingredients in one Mixing bowl.

3. Pour all wet ingredients in another bowl and stir them.

4. Mix both the bowls and stir the chopped cherries.

5. Pour the solution in pan and bake for 40-45 minutes and after baking cool it for 10 minutes.
