3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
250 gm minced beef
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1. Grate onions and mix them with breadcrumbs. Preheat oven to 220C
2. Mix beef, egg, garlic clove, salt and black pepper properly.
3. Make the balls from the mixture and bake them in oven for 25 minutes.
4. To make sauce take a saucepan and add cornstarch, brown sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, water and heat for 3 minutes.
5 Pour sauce on meatballs and serve.
